Norm is the President of Onstage. Whether it is through the opportunity to work with his sons, the chance to impact the arts, or the great people he is surrounded by every day, Norm always feels blessed to have reached the point where he is today. Don't let the presidential facade fool you, though - Norm shredded a mean guitar for a rock band back in Buffalo, and still sings, entertains, and even records to this day.

Garett is the Vice President of Operations here at Onstage. He loves the awesome, dedicated people he works with and this passion shows in the attitude he brings with him to work every day! Garett is a committed runner, world traveler, and identifies as a devout Foodie. (He apologizes for all of the pictures of food filling up your Instagram feed.) Also, with all of the hustle and bustle in his life, Garett loves to wind down with a relaxing session of yoga. Namaste, Garett.

As the Vice President of Sales for Onstage, Kyle enjoys implementing marketing strategies for organizations wanting to target an influential group of people in their community. A true technophile, Kyle just got his first-ever mobile telephone within the past year. In his free time, Kyle is a dedicated runner and a skilled, world-renowned jazz flute player. We’re just kidding about the jazz flute. Or are we?

As the Publications Manager at Onstage, Tracy handles all of the production of program books, advertisements, and literally everything else! Tracy is a big fan of the flexibility at Onstage, and we can't blame her - she spent four years in the Army. Outside of the office, you can find Tracy spending time with her family, pumping some iron, or taking a cool, relaxing break on a beach. Tracy truly is...one in a Million.

Carol is a Luxury Branding Specialist at Onstage. Carol loves her job and enjoys the expansive group of people she has met and the many stories she has heard along the way. Carol is an avid bowler and loves playing computer games. However, nothing tops the time she spends with her five grandkids. When she's not working on program books or spending time with family, you can find Carol belting out some powerful gospel as a soloist in her church choir. You go Carol!

Lee is a Luxury Branding Specialist here at Onstage. She enjoys working with her great co-workers and clients and is a Bengals fan. She also loves reading and passing the time away playing computer games as an escape from the more testing Bengals games. Little known fact - Lee attributes her knack for sales to being abducted by aliens when she was a teenager. Everyone else thought she was missing school due to a medical issue. If they only knew...

Ryan is a Luxury Branding Specialist at Onstage. Ryan is in charge of managing numerous clients and catering to their many needs. Ryan is driven by the satisfaction of making a tough sale and loves the fact that his job allows him to talk to a very diverse group of people every day. A former native of North Dakota, Ryan loves the outdoors. Whether he's photographing nature or taking a boat out for some early morning fishing, you can expect to find Ryan hustling and happy outside.

Lynn is a Luxury Branding Specialist at Onstage. Out of every aspect of the company, Lynn's favorite thing about working at Onstage is her team of co-workers. They are small, but they are mighty! Lynn's favorite activities include gardening and hiking with her husband along with their "half Labrador Retriever-half pony", Numa. Lynn hopes to one day retire on a sailboat in the Caribbean despite the fact that she does not know how to sail. If things take a turn for the worse, you always want Lynn in your corner. Rumor around town is that she throws a mean right hook.

Jeff is a man willing to take on any challenge thrown his way. Jeff is passionate about the ongoing challenge of creating a perfect product and enjoys the healthy lifestyle that his job allows him to lead. While away from work, you can find Jeff running races over 32 miles in duration. Plus, he's a big fan of orienteering, a family of sports that requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain. The Boy Scouts have nothing on Jeff.

Katlin is the Web Developer here at Onstage. Katlin enjoys the family-like bond between her co-workers and herself and looks forward to coming to work each day. She is passionate about reading, writing, drawing, painting, and, of course, coding. Also, while she may currently be living in Ohio, Katlin is originally from Arkansas and has an impressive Southern drawl, y'all.

Jon is the digital media specialist at Onstage. Jon essentially handles all the forms and aspects of Stageview for each and everyone of your performances. In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing guitar, attending music festivals and concerts, and skiing. As a trained and certified Eagle Scout, Jon is ready for any situation thrown his way. (And he can also make a mean s'more, too.)

Lisa is a Proof Reader and Data Entry Clerk at Onstage. Lisa's keen eye has saved Onstage from numerous mishaps through the years. (You can't just blame everything on auto correct.) She enjoys the great people she is surrounded by every day and she loves gardening, shopping, and taking care of her pets at home. She also enjoys watching NASCAR racing and is a very passionate fan of the Cincinnati Reds, both true testaments to her patience and extensive attention span.

Mark is the Ad Traffic Controller and works as a graphic artist here at Onstage. Mark will not only create and design a well-crafted product; but he will also make sure the advertisments are properly changed throughout the season. A jack of many trades, Mark spends his free time strumming on his mandolin, bouzouki, banjo, or guitar and providing the vocals for his Celtic band, Dulahan. Despite his eclectic lifestyle, Mark would like everyone to know that he does enjoy reading, and is, in fact, secretly very boring.
